Parents are requested not to enter class room either to see their wards or seek interviews with the teachers, while the class is in progress. Interviews are arranged through the Principal or Director only.
Parents are requested to co-operate with the School authority in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention towards their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their children's study work. They should check the diary every day. The home assignment set out and any other instructions given are contained in the Diary. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if there is any notice, invitation etc. issued.
Parents are required to inform the of if there is any change in their Address/Telephone Numbers.
Leave for half day should be avoided as far as possible due to security reasons. In case of any urgency written permission must be taken to the Principal/Director and class teacher and the conveyance in charge should be informed well in advance
Children suffering from any illness / ailments / any contagious disease should not be sent to school to attend classes.
Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the Principal/ Director and not to the class teacher and all correspondence from the School to the parents must be routed through the Principal/ Director.
Parent will get the report card only after the annual examination.
95% attendance (excluding the period of sickness etc.) is compulsory as eligibility condition to appear for the Annual Examination.
